Offiz is a Mac app in alpha. This page tells you what happens to the answers you give when you join the waiting list.

Who keeps your data

Offiz Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. makes Offiz and keeps your data. Write to us at bertan@offiz.net.

What we collect

The waiting list form asks for:

The form also saves the source tag of the link that brought you (for example li-brand). It shows which post or page you came from. If one of our ads brought you, the form also saves Google's click id for that ad. These tell us nothing else about you.

Why

We do not sell your data. We do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

Where it lives

The form runs on Tally, a form service from Belgium. Tally stores your answers on servers in the EU. Tally's privacy policy: https://tally.so/help/privacy-policy

The site offiz.net runs on Vercel. To count visits, it uses PostHog, an analytics service, on PostHog's servers in the EU. PostHog gets the page you open, the page or link that sent you, the source tag in the link, your browser and device type, and your rough location from your IP address. It stores nothing on your device, it does not keep your IP address, and it does not see your form answers. PostHog's privacy policy: https://posthog.com/privacy

The site sets cookies only if you say yes. If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, Google sets its Google Ads cookies (for example _gcl_au). They show us which of our ads bring sign-ups to the waiting list. Before you choose, and if you choose "Reject", the site sets no cookies. The site keeps your choice in your browser's local storage, so it does not ask again. To change it, use "Cookie settings" at the foot of the page.

If you came from one of our ads, the page address holds a click id from Google (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). The site passes it on to the form, and the form sends it back to the site when you join. If you chose "Accept", Google then counts the sign-up for that ad. It gets the click id, the page you open, your browser and your IP address. Like every web host, Vercel can keep short technical logs of page requests (for example your IP address) to run and protect the site.

If we start to send the news with an email service, we name it on this page before the first email.

How long

We keep your data while the waiting list and the alpha run. Then we delete it.

A copy or a delete

Write to bertan@offiz.net. Put "copy" or "delete" in the subject. We answer within 30 days.

You can also ask us to correct your data, or to stop the news.

If this page changes

The date at the top changes. If the change is big, we email you first.

Hangi bilgileri alıyoruz

Bekleme listesi formu şunları soruyor:

Form ayrıca sizi getiren bağlantının source etiketini kaydediyor (örneğin li-founder). Bu etiket, hangi paylaşımdan ya da sayfadan geldiğinizi gösteriyor. Sizi reklamlarımızdan biri getirdiyse, form Google'ın o reklama ait tıklama kimliğini de kaydediyor. Bunlar sizinle ilgili başka bir şey söylemiyor.

Neden

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Kimseye kendi pazarlaması için vermiyoruz.

Nerede duruyor

offiz.net sitesi Vercel'de çalışıyor. Ziyaretleri saymak için, AB'deki sunucularında çalışan PostHog analiz hizmetini kullanıyor. PostHog açtığınız sayfayı, sizi gönderen sayfayı ya da bağlantıyı, bağlantıdaki source etiketini, tarayıcınızı, cihaz türünüzü ve IP adresinizden kabaca konumunuzu alıyor. Cihazınıza hiçbir şey kaydetmiyor, IP adresinizi saklamıyor ve form cevaplarınızı görmüyor. PostHog'un gizlilik politikası: https://posthog.com/privacy

Site yalnızca izin verirseniz çerez kullanıyor. Çerez bandında "Accept" seçeneğini seçerseniz Google, kendi Google Ads çerezlerini (örneğin _gcl_au) kaydediyor. Bu çerezler, hangi reklamlarımızın bekleme listesine kayıt getirdiğini görmemizi sağlıyor. Bir seçim yapmadığınız sürece ya da "Reject" seçeneğini seçerseniz site hiç çerez kaydetmiyor. Site seçiminizi tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında (local storage) tutuyor, böylece size yeniden sormuyor. Seçiminizi değiştirmek için sayfanın altındaki "Cookie settings" bağlantısını kullanabilirsiniz.

Siteye reklamlarımızdan biriyle geldiyseniz, sayfa adresinde Google'ın verdiği bir tıklama kimliği (gclid, gbraid ya da wbraid) bulunuyor. Her barındırma hizmeti gibi Vercel de siteyi çalıştırmak ve korumak için sayfa isteklerinin kısa teknik kayıtlarını (örneğin IP adresinizi) tutabilir.

Haberleri bir e-posta hizmetiyle göndermeye başlarsak, ilk e-postadan önce o hizmetin adını bu sayfaya yazarız.

Ne kadar süre

Verilerinizi bekleme listesi ve alfa sürdüğü sürece tutuyoruz. Sonra siliyoruz.

bertan@offiz.net adresine yazın. Konu satırına "kopya" ya da "sil" yazmanız yeterli. 30 gün içinde cevap veriyoruz.
